Delivered to the Portuguese air force in 1976 as a C212B2. Assigned to Esq503. Later reserialled into 16523. It was converted for photo mapping missions. The Aviocar was stored at Beja (Portugal) from May 2005 up to late 2014. It was shipped to the USA on an unknown date (to me). It was seen in the USA at North Hollywood (CA) in early 2018 and a year seen later stored at the United Aeronautical Corporation scrap yard near Tucson (AZ).
