Delivered to the Portuguese Air Force on 29 October 1976 as a C212B2. It was modified with a Geophysical Research modification/Magnetic Anomaly Detector (as pictured). The Aviocar was assigned to Esq 401 and seen engineless at Sintra in mid 2007. Later seen stored with the Museu do Ar at Sintra.

Delivered as a C212B2 to the Portuguese Air Force on 28 July 1976. It was converted for photo mapping missions. The aircraft of 401 Esq was reserialled to 16521 as of January 1994. It was seen in May 2007 at the Museu do Ar restoration hangar at Sintra, then stored at Beja, seen operational between July 2008 and April 2010 and then stored at Montijo up to 2017. It was seen in the USA at North Hollywood (CA) in early 2018 and a year seen later stored at the United Aeronautical Corporation scrap yard near Tucson (AZ).

Wearing Republic Airlines & Northwest hybrid color scheme. Originally delivered to North Central Airlines May 1969. Following a merger with Southern Airways and forming new company name, part of Republic Airlines fleet. Republic 986 merge with Northwest. The plane WFU 2005.

To Orient Thai Airlines as HS-BRA on 2011. Preserved at front of shopping center Terminal 21 on Pattaya wearing Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) livery. Location 12°57'02.0"N 100°53'18.0"E

Originally N892PA - Clipper Star King, then became N729Q of GIA, Skystar, Comtran, Pluna and National Express before becoming EL-AKS of Jaro. It was registered to Omega Air as N707AR in 1996 and became the world's first commercial aerial refueling tanker based at SAT. It was w/o 05/18/11 crashed on aborted takeoff from NTD due to failed wing spar and engine separation no fatalities. Deen here undergoing mx at MROC
