ex 73-21666 This Super Huey II went to Colombia in the second quarter of 2005 as EJC-430 as part of Plan Escudo, while still owned by the US Department of State and registered as N70405. It was transferred from US Department of State control to Colombian government control in November 2007, deregistered as N70405 on 06 December 2007 and reserialled to EJC-5430 by December 2010.
