Built for the USAAF as 43-48182 but delivered to the US Navy as R4D-5 Bu17245 in 1944. To N1561M in 1946 then to N54V in 1953. To Colombia as FAC686 in 1977 then to FAC1686 in 1986. Converted to BT67 #24 in 1994. for overhaul 2019-2020, taken in service again in February 2021.
