Built for the RAF as a Canberra B.2 in 1953. Converted to a Canberra U.14 target drone in 1960/1 and used by the Royal Navy for missile trials. Reworked as a Canberra B.2(mod) in 1963 then to the A&AEE in 1964. Used by Martin-Baker from 1985. Stored at Boscombe Down in 1988 then dismantled and moved to Aberporth in 1990. Scrapped in 1994.
