Del 06 Aug 2011 Test Registration as F-WNAT On Friday 1 December 2023 struck electrical cables and crashed into a field near Ex Hacienda el Hospital, Cuautla, Morelos, and burst into flames. The three occupants died and the helicopter was destroyed. The helicopter was engaged in a scheduled reconnaissance flight over the Yautepec Potencia electrical substation.
