Ordered by the US Navy as PV-1 33322 and transferred to the RCAF as Ventura GR Mk.V 2202 in 1943. Sold as N5776N in 1951 and converted to civilitan cofiguration in 1952. Converted to a Spartan Ventura in 1954 then converted to a Howard Super Ventura and reregistered as N507N in 1959. Converted to a Howard 350 in 1966. Impounded for drug running in Oklahoma in 1975. Operated by the US Customs Service from 1976 then preserved at Pensacola from 1978. Airlifted to Fernando Beach by helicopter for restoration in 1986. Damaged beyond repair in transit and broken up for parts.
