VH-FXM was sold in Indonesia as PK-FDD. The airstrip at the Transavia factory allowed aircraft to be flown out, usually to Camden airport (YSCN), for testing. Encroaching development and the needs of the growing parent company Transfield resulted in the airstrip being closed. By then very few aircraft were being built. Finally assembly of these aircraft took place at Bankstown or Camden airports. Peter Ricketts photo. This photo was added on 25 May 2024, and has since been viewed 118 times. |
