Delivered to JAL as JA8034 in 1968. To Conner Air Lines as N162CA in 1983 then to Northeastern International Airways in 1984. Reregistered as N162QS then sold as N752UA and converted to a DC-8-62(F) freighter for Zantop International then reregistered as N814ZA in 1985. To CF Air Freight in 1988 and reregistered as N994CF in 1989. To Emery Worldwide Airlines in 1991 then to Rwanda Airlines as 9XR-SD in 2002 and Silverback Cargo Freighters in 2003.
