Delivered to South African Airways as ZS-DYN in 1965. Reregistered as ZS-SBB in 1968. To Pan Aviation as N722GS in 1982. Reregistered as N93GS in 1983. To Eagle Air as TF-VLS then to CAM Air International as N188CL in 1984. Converted to a freighter in 1985. CAM Air International merged into Spirit of America Airlines in 1986. Leased to CF Air Freight from 1986 to 1988. To Winkey's Fish Airline in 1990 then to Transafrik as S9-TAN in 1994. Crashed in Angola in 1994.
