Delivered to Pacific Southwest Airlines as N542PS in 1969. To Piedmont Airlines in 1982 and reregistered as N895N in 1983 then N728US in 1988. Piedmont merged into USAir in 1989. Withdrawn from use at Amarillo in 1990. To Dallas Aerospace as N60690 which was not applied in 1991 and scrapped.
