Real 74-1756 taken on strength ca.1975, it was assigned to the 198th TFS, 156th TFG of the Puerto Rican ANG. It was later (after 1989) assigned to the 138th Tactical Fighter Wing of the Oklahoma ANG at Tulsa, where it was withdrawn from service in 1992.
