Delivered to Eastern Air Lines as N8892Z in 1979. To Delta Air Lines in 1991 then to Intrepid Aviation Partners in 1994 and converted to a freighter. To Ryan International Airlines in 1995 then to Custom Air Transport in 1998. Stored at Mojave, CA in 2001. To Sky Airline as CC-CTW in 2002. Back to N8892Z in 2003 and stored at Santiago De Chile. To Sky Aviation as UN-B2702 in 2004 then to Mega Air Company as UP-B2702 in 2009. Withdrawn from Fujairah in 2014. Scrapped around 2023.
