Delivered to Northwest Orient Airlines as N472US in 1965. To National Airlines as N3605 in 1979 who merged into Pan American in 1980. To American Transair as N160FN in 1984. Reregistered as N289AT in 1985. To Aero Continente as OB-1588 in 1994. Withdrawn from use at Lima in 2004 when the airline collapsed. Still there in 2024. .
