New aircraft, registered 20 May 1959 and delivered to Aircraft Associates Ltd 12 August 1959 after a trans-Atlantic ferry flight via the Azores. Demonstrator aircraft for the UK & Ireland agents. Cancelled 10 March 1964 on sale as G-ASRD and registered as such 11 March 1964. After departing Halfpenny Green, it crashed at Oakley Farm, Welshampton, Shropshire on 12 August 1966 and was cancelled the same day as Destroyed.
