A remarkable sight, these aircraft simulated the start of the 1968 film, the Battle of Britain, 'attacking' Duxford before being chased off by Spitfires. They are G-BWUE, G-AWHC, G-AWHH and G-AWHM. The aircraft are Spanish built versions of the Messerschmitt Me-109, though powered by Rolls-Royce Merlin engines This photo is copyright © Mick Bajcar, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
