Parked on the Sound Flight base ramp at Renton Seaplane. Taken on charge by the US Army in 1958 as 57-6136. Retired to the US Army Aviation Museum at Fort Rucker in 1972. Bought by Sound Flight in 1994, became the first Vazar turbine conversion and had panoramic windows added. Leased to Transwest Air in 2002 as C-FADW. Sold to Harbour Air as C-GHAS, fleet number 310, in 2003.
