FMS serial 66-13547 became XV304 in the Royal Air Force. It was delivered as a Hercules C1 (a short one) and assigned to the Lyneham Transport Wing and is seen here at Cambridge. The Herk was modified to C3A at Cambridge by April 2003 and later to C3P (with refuelling probe). It was damaged Cat.4 on 6 May 2010 during wheels up landing at RAF Brize Norton (UK). After damage assessment it was reclassified to Cat.5 and written off by September 2010. Since it is reported as an instructional airframe at Brize. Eventually scrapped in 2021.
