Aug 1979 delivered to Singapore Airlines as 9V-SDE. Dec 1979 to Varig as PP-VMZ. Jan 1992 returned to McDonnell Douglas and become N518MD. Operated by World Airways for Garuda (Hajj flights) from Apr 1992 as N114WA. Jul 1993 to Biman as S2-ADA (wfu Jan 1994). Nov 1994 registered as N524MD for McDonnell Douglas. Converted to 30F On May 1995. To Aeroflot Sep 1995 and Arrow Feb 2005. Wfu Jun 2010 and broken up 2012.
