Delivered to the USAAF as B-17G 44-85828. To the US Navy as PB-1G as 1946. Converted to a camera and survey aircraft for US Coast Guard in 1947. Sold as N9323R in 1960. Modified to a sprayer in 1962 then to a firebomber in 1964. To the museum in 1980. Painted in fake markings 231892 by 1984. Moved inside the 390BW Memorial Museum hangar when it was completed in 1987.
