Delivered to Pan American World Airways as N402PA in 1965. To Guinness Peat Aviation in 1979 and leased to a number of airlines then to American Eagle in 1980. Reposessed in 1981 and stored at Marana. To Boeing in 1986 and used for parts for the KC-135E program at Davis-Monthan AFB. Remains scrapped in 2020.
