Built in 1969, this Islander first flew around the Caribbean as N592JA with Shawnee Airlines, Colony Airlines and Anguilla Airways. The aircraft came to Canada as CF-DEB in 1972 with Trans Mountain Air Services, later flying with Golfe Air Quebec and Island Airlines. Gulf Air Aviation acquired it in 1978 before being absorbed into Air BC in 1980. It few with several other small carriers in various provinces until exported in 1996.
