Acquired from Air Siam in 1973 with the intention of starting a new operation, Eagle Aircraft Services.. Allocated G-BBVN and later LN-NAC but neither taken up. At the time of this shot it had been acquired by Norwegian Overseas Airways and was in the northside engineering area. Engines #2-4 have been removed, at least one going to Aer Turas C-54 EI-ARS. The aircraft was later moved back onto the main apron at Southend and was rumoured to be planned to be made airworthy again for Norwegian Overseas.
