Delivered to the USAAF as 44-30748. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ in 1959. Sold as N8195G in 1959. Converted to a sprayer in 1960. Restored to military configuration in 1968 and used in the filming of Catch 22 in 1969. Based at Van Nuys from 1972. To the Erickson Collection, Madras, OR in 2014.
