This Thunderjet was allocated US serial 52-2910 on emerging from Republic's Farmingdale facility on Long Island but was suppled under MDAP to the Italian AF. Passing to the Yugoslav AF in 1957, it operated till the beginning of the 1970s and was later placed on outdoor display at Ljubljana airport coded '914', next to the F-86 which is now alongside, another F-86 and a SOKO 522 (near the well-known Adria DC-6).
