Former US Navy UH-34D 148079 was struck off strength in 1973. To Orlando Helicopter in January 1976 and converted to an ITASCA-Winnebago Heli-Home registered N62254. Equipped with extra windows and a home interior by Winnibego, it (along with a smaller interior Sikorsky S-55) were marketed in the late 1970s. To Canada as C-FCHD in 1982 for Transwest Helicopters and quickly transferred to Coast Helicopters. Back to the US as N4582B in December 1983 for 5 State Helicopters, it has been registered N6BY, N6BL and N506 when leased out. Current with 5 State Helicopters at the time of uploading.
