Delivered to Northwest Orient as N357US in 1964. To Cathay Pacific as VR-HHB in 1975 then to Uganda Airlines as 5X-UAC in 1980. To Seagreen Air Transport as N21AZ in 1990 then to Lan Chile as CC-CDN in 1991 and back to Seagreen Air Transport as N21AZ in 1992. To Air Hong Kong as Z-WST and back to Seagreen Air Transport as N21AZ in 1993. To Grecoair as 3C-JZW in 2002 and stored at Pietersburg, South Africa in 2003. Scrapped in 2016.
