That's how you do a take-off, close together, full afterburner! F3 ZE168 made its first flight on 31 October 1986 and was delivered the RAF and assigned to 229 OCU on 18 November 1986. It served most F3 squadrons within the RAF and made its last flight on 24 March 2011 from Leuchars to Leeming. It was then stored at Leeming and eventually scrapped by March 2015. Its cockpit section was saved, which was sold to a private owner on Isle of Wight. That section them moved to Jet Art at Thorpe Wood by September 2016.
