Delivered to Air BC May 31, 1991, C-FACV received this Air Canada Regional color scheme in 1994 to align with Air Canada's introduced the same time. Christened Campbell River, the name was later changed to Cranbrook. Air Canada Regional partners merged in 2002 and the airline was re-named Jazz Air. The airline re-branded again in 2011 as Air Canada Express, with this Dash 8 flying it's last revenue flight on January 2, 2022. Stored at North Bay, ON, the aircraft was registered to Voyageur Aviation (parent of Voyageur Airways) by October.
