Two former ETPS Viscounts, XR801 and XR802, arrived at Coventry from Boscombe Down on May 18 1972, having been bought by Shackleton Aviation, but failed to find a buyer and were scrapped. XR801 is seen here after the four R-R Dart engines had been removed. This photo is copyright © Gordon Riley, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
