The Flygvapnet had 26 examples of the Fi-156, renamed S 14 in Sweden, some of which came from the Luftwaffe as refugees and deserters fled to Sweden from Germany during WWII and were then interred in the country. The Flygvapnet sold all copies of the S 14 abroad when the aircraft was taken out of service. The S 14 at the Flygvapenmuseum is built from parts from two different aircraft, the major sections from 3815, that were bought from Austria in the late 1960s. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
