Delivered to Aeroflot as CCCP-65040 in 1976. To Lithuanian Airlines as LY-ABC in 1992. Converted to a VIP aircraft for the Bashkirian Government as RA-65040 in 1994. To Bashkirian Airlines in standard passenger configuration by 2001. Withdrawn from use at Ufa by 2006. Still there in 2015. Probably scrapped.
