Taking off from Runway 34 at Sioux Lookout Airport. Carries the logo of SkyCare on its tail fin. Delivered new in 1979 as N400FF, becoming N49H in 1994. Exported to Canada in 2013 as C-GFPX, registered to 2080061 Ontario Inc of Sioux Lookout, trading as Sky Care Charters and Air Ambulance. Damaged beyond repair on 26 May 2017 after landing 50 metres short of the runway at Arnprior Airport, Ontario on an air ambulance flight from North Bay. The nose gear collapsed and the aircraft slid 600 metres along the runway before coming to rest. The three occupants evacuated safely. This photo is copyright © David A.
