Taking off from Runway 34 at Sioux Lookout Airport. Carries the logo of SkyCare on its tail fin. Delivered new in 1979 as N400FF, becoming N49H in 1994. Exported to Canada in 2013 as C-GFPX, registered to 2080061 Ontario Inc of Sioux Lookout, trading as Sky Care Charters and Air Ambulance. Damaged beyond repair on 26 May 2017 after landing 50 metres short of the runway at Arnprior Airport, Ontario on an air ambulance flight from North Bay. The nose gear collapsed and the aircraft slid 600 metres along the runway before coming to rest. The three occupants evacuated safely.

It was later reregistered as N113MH and for a few months in 2020 was a temporary resident at Retford - Gamston (EGNE), UK.

Built in the USA and registered new as N10074 in Aug 1980. Reregistered to N588FM in Sep 1988. To Venezuela as YV-788CP in Nov 1997. Back to the USA as N113GS on 01 Jul 1999. Reregistered to N113MH on 29 Oct 2012.

VH-LDQ has been parked like this at Gunnedah since August 2020 when the left undercarriage collapsed after it hit a hole on the runway. The runway had been closed for works and the pilot had failed to check the NOTAMs before his flight . There was a white cross near the windsock to say the airport was closed but there were no unserviceability markings on the runway itself. Works staff were unaware of a need for these markings.

Registered as N1006F then D-IBBD in 1979, OE-FOW in 1980 and N318JC then VH-OVC in 2006.

Previously N345SA, N9X, N139X and N139F. It has since become VH-ZGX. Based in Western Australia.

Previously registered N400FF / N49H in the USA, this Merlin IIIB came to Canada in August 2013. Registered to a numbered company operating as SkyCare Air Ambulance providing air ambulance services to the Province of Ontario as well as private charters. C-GFPX was arriving at Arnprior/South Renfrew Municipal airport on May 26, 2017 when it touched down short of the runway. The nose wheel collapsed and the aircraft slid 2,000 down the runway. Two Pilots and a paramedic were uninjured, but the aircraft remained at the airport with the engines removed and the registration was cancelled in 2019.
