Operating from Carswell AFB as it was known then due to runway repairs at its base NAS Dallas which closed in 1998. Built as an F-4J. Later converted to an F-4S. Withdrawn from use at Cherry Point, NC in 1991. Converted to a QF-4S target drone. Destroyed by 2003.
