The Dutch national archives know nothing about this old press archive photo but the Reading Sky Observers, described as forerunner of Air-Britain, installed this Ju fuselage as a clubhouse at Woodley in 1947. Scrapped there by Miles Aircraft, c/n 641038 was built by Amiot in March 1944 and delivered to Lufthansa as D-AUAV Julius Nimis. On 23 April 1945, D-AUAV escaped from Berlin - Tempelhof with a load of passengers. On 3 May it made one of the last DLH flights, from Flensburg to Copenhagen and Malmö and back. Captured by British forces and allocated serial AM104. Its last flight was on 23 August 1945 to Farnborough for an exhibition of German aircraft.
