This MiG-21F-13 was built by Aero-Vodochody as S106. It entered service with the Czechoslovak Air Force in November 1971 and was only officially wfu by March 1991 although it had already been placed in storage at Prerov by September 1990 (when I saw it there, lined up among dozens of other MiG-21s).
