Although this Tiger wears Blue Angels colours, it is not entirely certain this aircraft was actually with the display team at all. The last known unit of 141864 is VF-26 in 1963. It was struck of charge in 1967 at Cherry Point, NC and then preserved at Patriots Point Museum in Charlestown, SC before moving to NAS Oceana.
