This aircraft belonged to Cadabo, a private company that in the period of this photo transitioned its name to Alinord. This photo shows the aircraft with the new applied Alinord livery, but with the fin logo still missing. Originally registered in Germany as an FG model, this Yak-40 was equipped with Collins Avionics and so designated as EC.
