Delivered to American Airlines as N94215 in 1948. To Trans Texas Airways in 1964. Converted to a CV600 in 1966. Trans Texas were renamed to Texas International Airlines in 1968. Stored at Tucson-Ryan Field by 1976. To SMB Stage Lines in 1978. Remained in storage at Ryan Field. Moved to Tucson in 1984 and used for parts by Hamilton Aviation. Scrapped in 1993.
