Delivered to Alitalia as I-DIWV in 1967. To Sea and Sun Aviation as N39307 in 1983. Painted in Pacific East Air colours but not operated by them. To MGM Grand Air in 1988 and reregistered as N803MG in 1990. To American International Airways, converted to a freighter then to Trans Continental Airways in 1995. Reregistered as N181SK in 1996. To Continental Cargo Airlines as 9G-REM then destroyed in a crash landing at Kinshasa-N'Djili in 1999.
