Ex F-PHLK. Registered G-BHIK -6 February 1980. While en route to Barton airfield, Manchester on 17 April 1985, the engine lost power, accompanied by a severe vibration. In the ensuing forced landing 2 miles South of Lancaster, the aircraft was landed successfully but ran down a steep slope into a dry-stone wall, causing it to nose over, breaking its undercarriage. and damaging its wing tips.
