Ex F-PHLK. Registered G-BHIK -6 February 1980. While en route to Barton airfield, Manchester on 17 April 1985, the engine lost power, accompanied by a severe vibration. In the ensuing forced landing 2 miles South of Lancaster, the aircraft was landed successfully but ran down a steep slope into a dry-stone wall, causing it to nose over, breaking its undercarriage. and damaging its wing tips. It was found that the crankshaft had failed. Cancelled by the CAA on 13 February 2009.
