Former German Air Force H-34G was returned to Sikorsky and converted to an S-58T. Pictured with Queen City Helicopters (1982 - 2004?), the helicopter was last with Heli Flite / Aris Helicopters from 2004. While lifting an air conditioning unit, it was heavily damaged on March 13, 2011. After one of the Pratt & Whitney PT-6 engines lost power, the pilot attempted an emergency landing but the 4,700 pound load failed to jettison and the helicopter hit trees.
