Deloivered to World Airways as N692WA in 1967. Leased to various airlines. To Faucett as OB-R1135 in 1977, ALM Antillean Airlines as PJ-BOA in 1977, Aviateca as TG-AYA in 1979 then to United Parcel Service as N938UP in 1989. Reengined with Rolls-Royce Tays.
