Delivered to the USAF in 1976, started to serve the 1st Tactical Fighter Wing ('FF') at Langley (VA), was transferred in 1983 to the 33rd TFW ('EG') at Eglin AFB (FL) and in 1984 to the the 325th TTW ('TY') at Tyndal (FL) (as pictured). The Eagle was flown to AMARC on 16 Februari 1992 and received inventory code FH0045. On 13 July 2009, the F-15 was moved to HVF West, Tucson (AZ) and scrapped.
