Built as a TF-15A and delivered to the USAF in 1976. Redesignated to F-15B on 1 December 1977. First assigned to 58th TTW ('LA') at Luke AFB (AZ). Transferred to 325th TTW ('TY') at Tyndall AFB (FL) in late 1984 (as pictured) Then transferred to AMARC on 28 April 1992. Received inventory code FH0025.
