First flew as XR365 in 1964. Delivered to the RAF in 1969. Sold to Rolls-Royce in 1978. To Heavylift Cargo Airlines as G-HLFT in 1981. Reregistered as 9L-LDQ in 2003 then RP-C8020 in 2007. Stored at Cairns in 2009. Reregistered as N1819S in 2023 for possible return to service but damaged when the airport was flooded by a storm.
