Delivered in June 1971. Became N84899 in June 1984. On 22 Nov 1989 the aircraft was doing a pre-delivery test flight at Luqa (Malta) when the port main gear failed to lower. The aircraft was slightly damaged in the ensuing landing. N84899 was then repaired and departed Luqa on delivery to Liberia on 15 December 1989. Its N-registration was cancelled on 18 January 1990. The aircraft was written off in December 1992 during the civil war in Liberia. This photo was added on 20 February 2025, and has since been viewed 634 times. |
