Delivered to the US Navy as FJ-4B 143575 in 1958. Redesignated as an AF-1E in 1962. Struck off charge at NAF Litchfield Park, AZ in 1965. Preserved at a VFW post in Gila Bend, AZ then purchased by a private citizen in Buckeye, AZ. To Flight Systems Inc as N400FS in 1971 and restored to flying condition. Stripped of paint by 1986.
