First flew as JA8683 then delivered to Cruzeiro do Sul as PP-CTD in 1967. To VASP as PP-SMZ in 1968. Returned to NAMC as JA8683 in 1969 then to Korean Air Lines as HL5215 in 1970 and Philippine Air Lines as RP-C1416 in 1974. To Pinehurst Airlines as N113PH in 1981 then to Trans Central Airlines as N903TC in 1983 and to Simmons Airlines in 1984. Stored at Tucson in 1986. Still there in 2001. Scrapped by 2002.
